We have lived and worked in Spain for a number of years and are often asked questions ranging from:  Where is there a good hairdresser?  Can you get IVF treatment in Spain? Is eye laser surgery done here? Do you know a good cosmetic surgeon? What am I entitled to under the Spanish Social Security System? 

These are all things that it takes time to research and then check that you have the most up to date information. Because we are based here all year round we are in a perfect position to hear when somewhere new opens or a new product is launched in Spain, so we have written a guide covering just about every aspect of health in Spain that we can think of covering alternative therapies, diet and nutrition, plastic and cosmetic surgery, the many beauty treatments available, looking after your pets in Spain and the Spanish health system.  We have based the articles on our own first hand experiences where possible and if you feel we have missed anything out would welcome your input.
