Gyms in Spain
With so many choices in Marbella choosing the gym that’s right for you might take a bit of time as it’s worth shopping around. The best advice before committing to pay a membership fee (which is usually quite a hefty amount of money) is to try and get into the club either as a guest or on a trial basis. This way you can find how the gym works and the environment you will be training in and decide if it appeals to you. Try and have your trial visit at the sort of time and on a day that you will go if you decide to join.
Most gyms work on a twofold payment basis: a one off joining fee and then your membership which is paid either monthly or annually.
You should change your workouts on a regular basis to stop you becoming bored, and more importantly to stop your body becoming adapted to them which means you won't get any positive improvements. One of the best ways to stay motivated is to get a training partner so that you can you spur each other on and also assist each other with various weight lifting exercises. It also means that you have to turn up if someone if waiting for you!
Increase the weight and repetitions you lift as you become stronger and you will get some positive gains. If you are concentrating on aerobic exercises like running, increase your speed and distance over time and vary your workouts to heighten your fitness and improve your body shape.
